Why Purchase a Subscription Plan

The subscription plan is a hassle free way to cover your kombucha needs, month after month. You choose the flavors, size and quantity that best suits you, checkout once and we’ll take care of the rest. Enjoy savings of 20% from our regular retail prices if you are a avid fan or if your whole family consumes kombucha regularly. 

How Do I Subscribe

  1. Click on the LINK HERE. You have to create a new account again on the subscription page. 
  2. Select the flavors, sizes and quantities you desire each month. 
  3. Select your delivery date. There is a lead time of 4 days after checking out for your subscription to arrive. 
  4. Receive your bottles on the delivery date. 
  5. Your subscription will automatically renew and the next delivery date will be set to the next month.

Can I Change Flavours / Size / Quantity After Ordering My Plan

Yes, you can change the flavours , size or quantity by logging into your account and selecting the "My Purchase" tab.

 

Alternatively, you can send us an email to info@wildkombucha.co or call / whatsapp us at 012 6156 400.

 

Please make any changes 4 days in advance as the system automatically locks in the order when the invoice is generated.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address

You can change your delivery address by logging into your account and selecting the "Settings" tab.

 

Alternatively, you can send us an email to info@wildkombucha.co or call / whatsapp us at 012 6156 400.

 

Please make any changes 4 days in advance as the system automatically locks in the address when the invoice is generated. 

How Do I Cancel My Subscription

You can cancel your subscription any time.  Just send us an email to info@wildkombucha.co or call / WhatsApp us on 012 6156 400.

 

Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund on on-going existing / running paid plans. If an order has just been processed, this will not cancel the current order. Please reach out to us as quickly as possible to cancel an order at info@wildkombucha.co.

What Happens After I Check Out

After you've checked out, the bank will take 4 working days to setup a mandate / account before attempting to pull a transaction. You may see a pre-authorization amount of RM1 that the bank attempts to credit and debit back to you to validify the account is active and user is "real". Once verified, the correct amount based on the invoice is applied.

You may also see this pre-authorization amount if you use your credit / debit card to pay for gas at a petrol station - it's just the bank's way of making sure the account holder is an active / real user.

Why Do I See A Large Amount On My Bank OTP Page

The pre authorization amount pulled for verification by the bank is RM1. When you authorize your mandate through credit card, the maximum mandate amount will be displayed in the OTP page but that is NOT the amount being pulled. Unfortunately, the bank cannot reflect the actual amount during this initial stage, but rest assured once the mandate is cleared, the correct amount will be applied. 

Do You Deliver the Subscription Plan Outside of Klang Valley

Unfortunately, we are not able to currently offer our subscription plans to customers outside the Klang Valley. We are working towards providing this service to you soon.
