HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Visit our "Subscription" page and select your desired plan. Get 4, 5, or 6 bottles of any size delivered to you monthly.

Step 2: Select Delivery Schedule

Select the date you'll like to receive your order and it will be scheduled to arrive every month thereafter during the billing period. 

Step 3: We Deliver

Proceed to check out* and we'll deliver to your doorstep. Choose a convenient location and never miss your order.

*You will need to create a new account again during checkout as this subscriptions program is developed in collaboration with Curlec - a secure financing platform for recurring transactions. Please contact us at info@wildkombucha.co if you have any concerns or queries. 

Step 4: Receive Your Bottles

Once you've received your bottles from our awesome driver, unpack and store them in the fridge. They can be kept up to 6 months in the chiller.

The Wild Kombucha subscription plan is a hassle free way to cover your kombucha needs, week after week. You choose the plan that best suits you, checkout once and we’ll take care of the rest. Enjoy savings of 15% or more off from our regular retail prices if you are a regular drinker or if your whole family consumes kombucha regularly. 

Thank you for being a subscriber! To make changes to your subscription, just log-in to your account to change the shipping address, the next order date, the order frequency or the payment method. You can even edit the products within your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription any time. Just login to your account and click "Cancel Subscription" under each item within your subscription. If you'd rather have us cancel the subscription for you, just send us an email to info@wildkombucha.co or call / WhatsApp us on 012 6156 400.

 

Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund on on-going existing / running paid plans. If an order has just been processed, this will not cancel the current order. Please reach out to us as quickly as possible to cancel an order at info@wildkombucha.co.

Our subscription plan is designed based on the desired number of bottles monthly. We have taken into consideration an average basket value size and storage space of a fridge while balancing demand to offer a package that hopefully suits a typical individual or household.

 

If you are completely new to the world of Kombucha, we suggest an one-off purchase. If you are regular drinker, then the quarterly or semi-annual plan is the best for you.

Yes, you can change the flavours by logging into your account and managing your subscription. Alternatively, you can send us an email to info@wildkombucha.co or call / WhatsApp us at 012 6156 400. Please let us know 3 days in advance if you would like to make any changes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to currently offer our subscription plans to customers outside the Klang Valley. We are working towards providing this service to you soon.
