Shipping Policy
Klang valley & other regions
Deliveries are handled with great care at Wild Kombucha.
The best way to receive our kombuchas at your required date and time is by understanding our shipping guidelines and keeping them in mind when placing your orders.
Within Klang Valley (PJ / KL regions)
Shipping timeline: 1-2 business days. Cut-off time for same-day delivery is 9 a.m. on each business day. After
9 a.m., the team plans a delivery route and our driver will begin to dispatch the orders from afternoon till evening. We aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible, however, sometimes it could be challenging to accommodate requests to deliver at specific timing or any other last-minute changes.
Cost for shipping: Free delivery is applicable for all orders above RM75.
Mode of transport: We deliver via our own drivers/riders due to the fragility of the products.
Self-pick-up: You can arrange for a self-pick when making an order on our website. Read more here. Do note that we are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Empty bottle returns: You may return any empty bottles you have in good condition to our driver only when he/she passes your new order during the exchange. We may use 3rd party riders such as Lalamove/ Grab to complete any last-mile service that our driver is unable to reach, as such these riders may not be able to accept the empty bottles back.
Outside Klang Valley (West Malaysia only)
Shipping timeline: 5-10 business days.
Cost for shipping: A flat delivery fee of RM15 is charged per order to West Malaysia only. Free delivery is applicable for all orders above RM155.
Mode of transport: Orders will be shipped via ColdStar Express logistics company
Empty bottle returns: Unfortunately, we are not able to collect any empty bottles back for outstation residents as the logistics company does not handle such requests. Please recycle or upcycle the bottles where possible.

Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our kombuchas, we unfortunately do not accept returns. Should there be an error, e.g. received an incorrect item or defective item due to breakage/ damage, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement (includes any shipping cost).
Wild Kombucha reserves the right to limit refunds and replacements based on our assessment of applicable fees and shipping costs, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Undelivered Packages
Any order which cannot be delivered due to causes beyond the control of Wild Kombucha will be brought back to the main office. The purchaser will be contacted for further instruction. A new shipping fee will be then charged to resend the items.
Cancellation Policy or Change of Order
Email us right away with your order number and we’ll do our best to cancel and refund your money before it ships! Any changes in your order which includes cancellations must be communicated to us before 9am on the same business day. Beyond this timing, we cannot guarantee an exchange or cancellation. We are unable to change or cancel your order if the order is on-route to delivery.
