Shipping Policy

Free shipping is provided to residents living in Petaling Jaya and Klang Valley areas only on all orders above RM50. Refunds and returns are the sole discretion of Wild Kombucha.

Orders are shipped based on the date and time specified in the Time Slot of the checkout page. The order placing cut off time for same day delivery is 9:00am. Deliveries are made from Mondays through Saturdays only. Deliveries are not available on Sundays. We are unable to ship to other states in Malaysia, PO Boxes or international addresses.

Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to the correctly provided addressed orders confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Refunds and Replacements 

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, if the shipment is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item due to breakage / damage), you must contact us within 14 days from receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement (includes any shipping cost). We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements based on our assessment of applicable fees and shipping costs, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

If your package is not able to be delivered to the address you provided and through no fault of Wild Kombucha, then a shipping fee will be required in order to resend the item to you.

Cancellation Policy or Change of Order 

Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 9am the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
