Shipping Policy

Our deliveries is based on a pre-ordering system, meaning orders are shipped based on the available date and time specified in the Time Slot of the checkout page. Once orders are closed (cut-off time is 9am for same day deliveries) or full for the day, our team then arranges a delivery route with our driver who dispatches all the orders in the afternoon till evening. This helps us to minimize our transportation cost instead of passing them on to you. As such, please understand that it is sometimes difficult to accomodate specific delivery time requests or any last minute changes, though we do our best to meet these requests where possible.

For the reasons above, we are not able to offer on-demand deliveries as companies like Grab Express, Lalamove etc. takes a large commision and is not cost effective for us. However, you can drop by our office or arrange your own rider for pickups / self collection at the address listed on the bottom of the page. Delivery Terms & Conditions:

1. Free shipping for the Klang Valley region is applicable if the total cart value is minimum RM 75.
2. Free shipping for outside of the Klang Valley is applicable if the total cart value is minimum RM 155.
3. The free shipping offer follows our planned delivery route, and is not delivered immediately / according to specific timing requests.
4. The free shipping offer does not apply to any missed collections / resends. You will need to arrange your own pick-up.
5. Deliveries are made from Mondays through Saturdays only and not available on Wednesday and Sundays.
6. We are currently unable to ship to East Malaysia, PO Boxes or international addresses.
7. Refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of Wild Kombucha.
8. Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to the correctly provided address.
