How does your subscription plan work

Step 1: Visit the SHOP page and click on “Kombucha Subscriptions”. It will lead you to a new webpage with 3 different plans.

Step 2: Select a plan that best suits your needs. Each plan is designed based on the number of bottles to be delivered monthly. A comparison table is provided below as reference.

Step 3: Once you have chosen your preferred subscription plan, it is now time for you to select your desired bottle sizes. The quantity of bottles is predetermined / fixed for each plan, but you may select varied sizes (250ml, 500ml, 1000ml). Example, for the 1 month plan, you can choose a maximum of 4 bottles at any bottle size you prefer, be it (4x250ml), (2x250ml, 2X1000ml) or (1x150ml, 2x500ml, 1x1000ml).

Step 4: You choose the date of delivery, and it will be scheduled to arrive every month thereafter during the billing period. You will receive the first email notification 3 days prior and second notification email 1 day before arrival. For any rescheduling, please email us at info@wildkombucha.co.

Step 5: Once a billing period is about to end, you will receive the first email notification 3 days prior and second notification email 1 day before the next payment is automatically charged to your account.
