How do I return back your empty bottles

When you order online, kindly indicate you will be returning empty bottles in the ‘NOTES’ section of the checkout page. During the exchange, we will hand over your new order while collecting the empty bottles back (simply pass them to our driver).

Please note that the bottles must be returned in good condition. Bottles that are scratched, fractured, chipped or damaged in any way, shape or form, cannot be accepted as they are not safe for reuse. We also appreciate the bottles are cleaned, emptied and rinsed thoroughly as it would ease the sterilization process for us significantly before reuse.
