How do I cancel/refund my subscription

You can cancel your subscription any time. Just login to your account and click “Cancel Subscription” under each item within your subscription. If you’d rather have us cancel the subscription for you, just send us an email to info@wildkombucha.co or call / WhatsApp us on 012 6156 400.

Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund on on-going existing / running paid plans. If an order has just been processed, this will not cancel the current order. Please reach out to us as quickly as possible to cancel an order at info@wildkombucha.co.
