Wild Kombucha contains live and active cultures that are believed to provide many health benefits, primarily getting rid of bad bacteria in your gut. It is a great alternative to sugary drinks that contain added sugar and other sweeteners. We only use organic cane sugar in our kombuchas as the live microorganisms are able to consume it easily. Each bottle of Wild Kombucha typically contains 2-3g of sugar/100ml.

When should you drink it?

Each bottle of Wild Kombucha can be enjoyed at any time of the day. It can be taken the first thing in the morning which is actually the best way to acquire its benefits. Our kombuchas can also be enjoyed after dinner, before or after exercising, any time you like.

How should you drink it? 

For first timers, start with half a glass (approximately 150 ml) to ensure that your digestive system is cool with it. While drinking Wild Kombucha is relatively safe, everyone may react differently. Start to increase consumption if your body responds well.

What does it taste like?

From apple, lavender to lychee rose, Wild Kombucha has a flavour for every appetite. Many have related the taste to apple cider vinegar. The first thing you’ll notice when Wild Kombucha hits your tongue is a fizzy sensation. Just be ready to experience something unique. If you find the taste too strong, do mix them with some water.
